4 April 2012, Vilnius. Implementing the provisions of the Law of Electronic Communications, the Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (RRT) collected from electronic communications operators and service providers data on their activities carried out in the 4th quarter of 2011. 20 March 2012. Upon assessing the documents submitted by the candidates to the public tender on the right to use 2500–2560 MHz and 2620–2680 MHz frequency bands, Public Tender Commission of RRT selected the winners Omnitel UAB, TELE 2 UAB and Bitė Lietuva UAB. Claims against the Commission’s decision may be filed within 10 days following the day the notification of the tender results was sent to the winners.
