CRA carries out supervision of compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation of Electromagnetic Compatibility and have the right to take equipment from the market for a period not exceeding 30 days to assess compliance with the requirements of electromagnetic compatibility.
CRA experts actively participate in working groups set up by the European Commission, cooperate with administrations of other EU countries implementing the requirements of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU. CRA participates in joint market surveillance campaigns, the results of which are submitted to the European Commission.
