Market surveillance of radio equipment in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania is carried out by CRA.
CRA shall have the right to take radio equipment from the market for a period not exceeding 30 days for the assessment of compliance with the requirements of Technical Regulations of Radio Equipment.
CRA regularly submits to the European Commission technical reports, which contain information on the market surveillance.
