The legal basis
In accordance with the Description of Procedures for Examination of Complaints Received by the Railway Transport Market Regulator (hereinafter – Description) RRT investigates complaints of the applicants on the actions and (or) omission of the public railway infrastructure managers, railway service facility operators, railway undertakings, institutions, agencies or organizations, including decisions taken under the competence of these entities.
The procedure for submission of an application to examine a complaint
- The application to examine a complaint must be submitted in accordance with Chapter II of the Description.
- The application, its annexes and other documents, submitted to the procedure laid down in the Description, must comply with the requirements of the Rules on the Submission of the Documents to RRT.
