The Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (RRT) publishes its annual activity report describing the most important works fulfilled in 2019, as well as market trends.

The service of preservation of electronic signature and electronic seal is necessary to ensure the legal validity of electronic signatures and electronic seals over extended periods of time and guarantee that they can be validated irrespective of future technological changes.
Validity of electronic signature and electronic seal
Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market (eIDAS) stipulates that verification of electronic signature and electronic seal may be carried out by the provider of electronic signature and electronic seal validation service.
